Mirage Yorkie puppies come with limited AKC registration papers ( not for breeding), a one year health guarantee, a puppy packet with tips on care, record of vaccinations and worming, food, treats, a new stuffed animal, toys, a blanket with mom and siblings scent for calming and a lifelong breeder-client relationship.
***NOTE***
Per our veterinarians recommendations we do not allow visitors until the puppies have received their first vaccination at 8 weeks old.
There will be no exceptions.
Estimated adult weights can change weekly.
We cannot guarantee adult weights.
All puppies are sold with limited AKC registration.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy, to anyone, at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel any deposit contract at any time.
We reserve the right to take first pick of any litter.
